●会員登録：「お問い合せ」ページより、フォームにご住所、お名前、連絡先電話番号、メールアドレスをご記入の上、「会員登録希望」と書き、お送りください。 直接事務所にて登録することもできます。

●年会費は以下の通りです。

　個人会員　一口2,000円／年より　法人会員　一口10,000円／年より
